  • What areas do you serve?

    We provide services within a 50-mile radius of Canton, Ohio. We happily coordinate travel for your events beyond the 50-mile radius for an additional fee.


  • How early should I place my order?

    Orders should be placed as soon as you know the date of the event. We book on a first come, first serve basis. However, we strongly suggest you give us a call to check availability. We are happy to help if we can!


  • What is the delivery fee?

    Delivery fees depend on the location and capacity of the order.


  • Do you offer pickup options?

    Yes, pickup location and time will be disclosed upon completion of order.

  • When will you start processing my order?

    Orders are started once a 50% non-refundable retainer is obtained upon reviewing and receiving your invoice.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Designs by Jo Jo’s Creations will send you an estimate. Once you approve your estimate, you are required to pay the 50% retainer within 3 days. All services must be paid in full no later than two weeks before your event or pickup. For corporate organizations and schools only, we understand a purchase order or check may need to be processed for payment. If the invoice cannot be paid in-full before the event date, a signed contract will be required.


  • Can you create customized décor for my event?

    Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom content that suits your event! Get started with us by sharing your desired details on our Décor Request Page!


  • Can I schedule an in-person consultation?

    Yes! We would be happy to meet with you in-person at our business location. Appointments are available during select weekdays. Our consultation fee is $50 which will be deducted from your invoice if you decide to book with us. If you would like to meet at a venue or a location more convenient for you, we would be happy to discuss this for an additional fee.

  • Can I provide my own balloons for you to fill?

    No. We cannot guarantee the quality of our designs by using balloons outside of our normal distributors.


  • How long will my balloons last indoors?

    Our air-filled balloon designs can last for several weeks. Longevity is dependent on environmental conditions.

  • How long will my balloons last outdoors?

    We use industrial outdoor balloons for the best results; however, we cannot guarantee the lifespan for these balloons due to environmental conditions.

  • How long will my helium-filled balloons float?

    All of our helium balloons are inflated with ultra hi-float solution and will last up to three days indoors but typically much longer.


  • Are your balloons biodegradable and recyclable?

    Yes, our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be easily recycled.
