Betty Jo is a wife and mother of two children. She enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. Her passion for balloons and party planning began as a hobby for family events. With the support and encouragement from family and friends, Betty Jo decided to share her talents with the world by starting Designs by Jo Jo’s Creations.
